Introductory Shipping Rates

  • $0 – $99.99 = $19.99
  • $100.00+ = 20% of your total order amount

Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Shipping charges are based on net sales after any promotional offers or discounts. Restrictions may apply to heavy or large items.

International Shipping

International packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Customs and duties are not included in the international shipping fee. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Any package refused or sent back to us will be refunded the balance once all customs, taxes and shipping charges have been paid by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply based on weight and size of package. You will be notified if additional shipping costs are due prior to shipment. Australia and New Zealand orders will be quoted based on actual shipping. Please call 800-468-2800 or email for more information.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We will gladly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders shipped out of the Honolulu Warehouse within 48 business hours following the receipt of the order (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM EST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service.

How do I track my order?

Orders may be tracked by logging into your Island Heritage Websale account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an order status email.


Our customer service and shipping departments will be closed:

  • September 3: Labor Day
  • November 22: Thanksgiving Day
  • December 24: Christmas Eve
  • December 25: Christmas Day
  • January 1: New Year’s Day

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

Orders must be received by December 10, 2018 to guarantee delivery by Christmas

Perfumes, Colognes, Nail Polish, and Hand Sanitizers

Due to Federal air safety regulations, perfumes, colognes, nail polish, and hand sanitizers cannot be sent through USPS mail. All perfume, cologne, nail polish, and hand sanitizers orders will be shipped through our Los Angeles, CA distribution center, if available, by FedEx Ground service. A customer service agent will contact you if your order cannot be filled. FedEx Air service (2nd Day) is available from both Hawaii and California, for an additional $35 fee.

Pick Up for Oahu Customers

Pick Up is available for Oahu customers only. Simply select the Pick Up option when checking out. Pick Up customers will be notified by Island Heritage after their order is ready to schedule an appointment. Please allow 10 business days for order processing. Location for pick up will be from our Waipahu office. Once your appointment has been scheduled, bring the confirmation of your order to our reception desk at your appointment time. Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Please note we are closed from 12pm – 1pm daily.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders may be picked up by appointment only. You will be notified when order is complete to set up an appointment time. If you miss your appointment, call Customer Service at 1-800-468-2800 to reschedule. Orders not claimed after 30 days from original appointment date will be donated to a local charity.

If I am unsatisfied with my order, can I return it?

All liquidation sales are final. The Madden Corporation will guarantee all products against manufacture defect or shipping damages on orders reported within 48 hours of receipt.
